NUG AGM and EMIS update online session 2021 - Sept 23rd 12:30-14:30pm.
In view of the continuing uncertainty over the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have sadly taken the decision not to run a physical Annual Conference this year.
We shall hold our AGM online over a 2hr lunch period on September 23rd and we'll invite EMIS for a company update and review of present and future developments and Q&A - your chance to interact with the management and developers - more news soon. We are sure this will be a very useful and popular session given the many problems users are currently facing, our changing needs and the variety of IT systems and tools being developed.
Why are we not running another full online conference? Last year's virtual event was successful for around 600 delegates, less so for exhibitors but it took a great deal of work. Due to our workloads and the plethora of alternative online events, we felt it would be best to postpone. We are hoping to return to a physical or hybrid conference in 2022, possibly a little earlier in the year. We are also looking at developing a training and resource package and hope to have more news soon.
