When will users get the new QOF rule sets? Every year there is concern at the time it takes for Population Manager to be updated with the new QOF rule set. This is because the following steps have to be followed.  

-         NHS / BMA agree on indicators
-         CfH define Indicator rule set
-         QA / approval of rule set  by NHS / BMA
-         System suppliers apply rule set
-         Conformance of rule set to QMAS dummy data set
-         Release 

EMIS cannot release their updates until QMAS conformance testing has occurred and CfH’s planned date for this is September.
