We are shortly going to be migrating to a new website, with more features for our members.  Therefore we are trying to update the data on our current members to make sure it is as current and complete as possible.

 On the new website, your user name will be your user login, so we need to have accurate email addresses, at least for the main contact.

We sent a form out to all members in April, and included another on in the most recent issue of Emis User.  Thank you to all the practices who have responded.
