EMIS-List To subscribe 'manually' send a message from the address you wish to subscribe at to: emis-list@emisnug.org.uk with the word "subscribe" in the subject of the email. When you get the message back from the list simply reply to it (no need to add anything just reply and send it).
To unsubscribe from the emis-list send a message from the address you wish to unsubscribe to: emis-list@emisnug.org.uk with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject of the message.
