How to Join

Membership costs just £100 per year per organisation if paid by direct debit, and £110 per year if paid by cheque. Any practice or PCO working with an EMIS system can join - one application represents the whole practice team. NUG Membership also entitles you to £100 discount off our national conference.

To become a member of the NUG simply register your site. If you wish to pay by direct debit complete the following direct debit mandate and return the completed forms to the NUG office. Alternatively, if you would like to pay by cheque, make it out for £110 payable to 'EMIS National User Group' and send it to the office. Once the office has received your chosen method of payment you will be registered as a NUG member on our database. You will then receive, by post, a NUG handbook, an email with your log on details for access to the members' only section of our website and EMIS User magazine, including past issues and other useful information.

The EMIS NUG website is split into types of login, User and Site. If you are not currently a member of the NUG you will need to register as a site. Once your site is registered you can then give your site password to members of your practice to register as individuals. Individuals can then access the member only sections and are able to comment on articles, news items etc.
